*Please don't take this as what you HAVE to do. It's just what I AM doing. It may not be right or I may be genius, lol, only time will tell :)
So, I mentioned a few days ago that I was going to start an etsy shop. Having been in on starting my hubby's business, I have to say, so far this is a breeze. (I said SO FAR) It's a sole proprietorship so no pesky EINs.This book is fantastic If you are thinking of starting a crafty business.
I wanted to blog today about the graphic designer I used. I have worked with Caro of Calobee Doodles twice now. As well as having adorable prints, she also offers a custom doodle option. She responded to an etsy alchemy request for a blog banner I posted in April and I ADORE the result. It was just what I had imagined. So, when time came to think about etsy shop banners and cards, I knew I wanted a variation of that. Thankfully she agreed to work with me again. She came up with the perfect slight variations :)
Here's a preview of my shop banner:
See? Isn't it perfect? If you are in the market for some new graphics, be sure to check out her shop or you can check her out at her blog.
On the crafty front, I made some embroidered buttons today thanks to this tutorial and free patterns from Pimp Stitch.
Be sure to check out their adorable patterns.
That's it for today! Have a great day ya'll!

Good luck! looks good so far! I love those buttons. I saw the tutorial but haven't done it yet! on my growing list.
