I cannot express the amount of excitement there has been around my house this weekend. We got hit with our first snow of the winter! What was supposed to be only 2 inches ended up as 13.5 inches, the most this area has gotten since 1968! We spent all day Sunday playing and sledding, even driving by the new house site just to look:
We have had a blast! Probably hubby and myself more than the kids.
I did finally finish my Sew Darn Cute project on Friday.
I was really happy with how it turned out. I can not wait to try more projects from this book. I will have to get another pic after it is matted and framed.
While poking around on top of my refrigerator this morning, I discovered some forgotten about Sculpey. I had looked at a tutorial ages ago on how to make cupcakes from clay and decided to try my hand at it. Here is my pretty pincushion with my cupcakes mixed with GigiMinor's. Mine are the swirly ones.
Thanks so much for the great feedback about the doll tutorial. Please send me links or pics of finished dolls. Have a great day ya'll!
