The start..

The start of a project is one of the best parts of craftiness. There is lots of possiblity, creativeness, & just plain giddiness over starting something new. Don't get me wrong, finishing a project is equally nice. I don't think that happens to crafters in general as often as starting one does. (If they are anything like me that is :) )

So, this is the start of my Pillow Talk Swap 4 Project. I love this swap and have gotten the most beautiful pillow from it before. I am trying out using Aneela's pickle dish tutorial, which so far is going well. I want to make a large quilt for my bed from this tutorial. We'll see if that ever happens!

I hope I'm heading in the right direction! If I'm not I'll just have to start something else...

very nice start!

i started mine last night and like it so far, although one of the blocks is rather crooked. didn't mean for it to be wonky, but it is. that will be a do-over, for sure. :)
