Pinterest is quite possibly the best website ever. I spend an inordinate amount of time there everyday. It does help me to feel a bit crafty when I might be going on the fifth or sixth day of not doing anything crafty at all. I have made things from there before, but so far, this is my favorite.
I put this together quickly. It only took a day, which for me, is a miracle. I happen to have a 2 year old shadow that follows me everywhere. I squeed when it came out of the dryer! I was so excited. The chenille look stuff is made from 3 layers of flannel sewn and cut on the bias. Full tutorial is here. She even made a super duper awesome zig zagged one! Amazing!
It's so soft and thick. I hope the friend I made it for likes it. I want one for me!
